Full and meal registration is now closed. On site registration is still available for dancing.
Children: Children are welcome at camp, but they must be vaccinated against COVID to full extent possible and will be required to take a rapid test just like all other attendees. Children taking their own bed at camp will be required to pay the same sliding scale rate as adults. For children coming along for partial registration, if they are not dancing they need not be included. We are not explicitly providing child care, so please coordinate with family or friends to keep an eye on non-dancing children.
Volunteers: We will ask all attendees to take one volunteer shift. In addition to that we will have discounts at camp for dancers willing to take on a more serious volunteer commitment. These roles will include snack lead, setup and decoration lead, housing assignment, registration lead, volunteer lead. Please contact Caitlin to get a discount code for camp and sign up for one of these positions.
Cancelation Policy: Full reimbursement will be available before October 14. After October 14 cancellations will be reimbursed at 50%. However, if you need to cancel for a COVID related purpose (sickness or known exposure) we will grant you a 100% reimbursement. Please let us know ASAP if you need to cancel so we can keep our registration up to date.

Full Weekend Registration
We are featuring a sliding scale, pay what you can, admission methodology.
Pay What You Can: You choose how much you can afford to pay to attend Boo Camp. The “Recommended” cost is calculated to break even assuming 60 attendees for the weekend. We trust you to consider carefully your means in relation to the cost of putting on the weekend and to be generous if you can.
What Boo Camp Costs: $320 is the actual cost per person of running camp at this venue with fair compensation for our fantastic bands and callers (assuming ~60 attendees). The minimum rate of $275 comes from the cost per person of running the event with full cabins (~80 people).
What should I pay? We expect that most attendees will pay the recommended $320/person rate, or more if you’re able! However, if that rate would prevent you from coming to Boo Camp, we still want to dance with you! Pay what you can afford, even if that is the minimum. In 2022 we had 60 full time registrants which is how we chose the recommended rate. We really appreciate our angels who donate more to make camp more affordable for other. If the lowest rate of $275 still feels like too much, we will offer a discounted rate of $225 for lead volunteers. There are a limited number of lead volunteer positions so please get in touch ASAP for that role.
A-La-Cart Registration
Please use the same registration form and choose the appropriate option. There is the option of attending full days all weekend or a partial day on Saturday. Rates for a-la-cart are fixed as sliding scale with that many options would be logistically difficult.
Below are the rates for the a-la-cart options:
